True, they are almost useless in PvE

true only use for titans in raids is melting point and its sad missile needs a damge buff to 20 instead of 15 (slowva is a 20) most of their exotics need overhauls since theyre horrible looking at you quiet one the only thing theyve got going for them is shoulder charge in pvp but even then its weak because how easily its shut down the only thing keeping titans from drowning is clearing potential that is outshined by hunters

Tractor cannon and Luna warlock nerf incoming [spoiler]that the biggest problem[/spoiler]

I think Peregrine Greaves and Hallowfire Heart is a step in the right direction for Titans. But yeah Titans need a buff for their Sub Classes as most aside from Melting Point Sunbreaker and Code Of The Commander are the only somewhat viable endgame trees but the others need some love to get them up to snuff.
