Refer a friend website issue help
I just bought forsaken and I'm eligible for the quest, and i was trying to link with my friend, it accepted at first but then it kept telling me to accept over and over (apparently the Bungie website was updating at the time), so we deleted the referral link and tried again, now it gives me the red notification (We've encountered an error, please try again later.)

I too am having trouble linking a friend, and tried deleting the link to refresh things, and now it seems that the system still thinks we're partially linked when he tries to refer himself with the new referral link I've sent.

It's been a nightmare. I think we have about three days left. I've been searching in forums for hours trying to figure this out to no avail. It keeps saying I'm linked to someone else when my buddy is the only one I've played with. So annoying. I hope we don't miss out on anything. There's literally no way to contact Bungie about it and I doubt they'll make it before the deadline.

I'm having the same problem and can't find any way to contact support which feels like its on purpose? I feel like there's some kind of breach of trust if I can't contact support. Same, I actually made my own forum post about it without it even seeing this. I didn't know this issue was so wide-spread. Hopefully, Bungie can fix this before all of us lose out on the Refer a Friend eligibility...

Having the same issue, tried linking my daughter and friend, both were linked on mine side “pending” but they keep getting link not found. After 2 days of errors, I canceled my daughters link and resent a link, not it says she is not eligible, even though it’s only been 6 days since I gifted her the “Forsaken collection”. Please help, this is frustrating to get more back playing to have this so buggy.

Got the same Issue with me and my friend, it didn´t work as it should have. He can´t accept any other links from me but at the same time the current one doesn´t work and neither of us is getting the quest, we tried it yesterday. I am having the same issue. It said it couldn't find the connection. So he sent a new link and now it says I can't do it unless it is with the same person we did it with at first even though it is the same person. Only 6 more days left from this post. Please help
