in crucible at least lunas howl got nerfed and its perk is useless now, since its pretty much a precision training perk for if you miss the precision the new sniper is a noob friendly sniper. pvp pinnacles should be based mostly on skill or a core concept with luna they should've had either the perk change or an rpm change, not both and the two tap problem couldve easily been solved by making magnificent howl go away on a kill, meaning youd leave yourself open to your original target the new sniper couldnt really have a diffirent perk but my point still stands.
