Hello bungie, I am a user enjoying Destiny2 in Korea. I would like to ask about the user who has been suspended from destiny. Clearly, the policy says that the issue of account suspension can not be reversed, I think there is a part and a misunderstanding to consider in the characteristic of the Korean PC room The user was who played the game in the PC room. However, in April he was suddenly suspended without telling any warning or reason. Our clan has thought of two speculative reasons for stopping, 1. Fixed software that did not know to PC was executed in PC room. 2. This user was playing in America server, but the ping difference was severe and reported by ping operation. But for these two reasons alone, it is doubtful that you were suspended without warning. This user had a longer playtime than anyone else, and the love for Destiny was also high. And I know that there is no cheating like Aim hack or abusing that is being questioned these days. There is something I would like to ask for.
