Hello, Are you trying to get a code for JUST the shirt, or the shirt / replica combo? We're currently investigating some issues relating to Bungie Rewards codes not sending properly. If you're still having an issue at this time tomorrow, please respond and let me know.

    Hi help1. Im not OP, but would like to relay my experience. I was using a yahoo.com email address & requesting all 3 thorn codes (replica, shirt, shirt\replica combo) over the last week-ish timeframe but only received the shirt code. Then this morning I requested them all again & received just the shirt, but just tried again & got all 3.

  • Thanks for the insight. It looks like there are some issues cropping up related to sending rewards. The website team is looking into it.

    I have tried every available troubleshoot option available with no results at all. I have not received my code and now because of the troubleshoot recommendation of changing my emails, I am not receiving a verification email. I never had an issue with receiving emails prior. I question whether Bungie has some sort of bias towards me. This sucks and honestly has had me feeling depressed. I have been a big supporter of Destiny 2 since launch as it was a game that helped me through an extreme rough patch in life. I've supported the game through the roughest and best times. Please. Help in getting to me what I worked hard for.

  • As stated above, we're investigating issues relating to Bungie Rewards e-mails, and it appears to be affecting verification e-mails as well.

  • What happens if the issue isn't resolved till after the June 4th deadline? Do people like myself not get the shirts and replicas we earned?

  • Has been a day later and no resolve. I did get an email from Bungie advertising the season of opulence. However no verification email and no code.
