Continued issue with Email and Claiming Code

I have posted for the third time regarding this issue. I have tried ALL troubleshooting tips involving receiving email confirmation to receive my code for my Thorn shirt. Nothing has work. I am requesting that Bungie give me the code before the deadline. It clearly states I have until June 4th. It is well before that time and I completed the challenge before that deadline. I paid for this dlc content and did what I needed to earn it. Just simply give me a code for my shirt. Do not tell me to make another email account. I have already tried that and it did not work.
