Since it seems you have so much time on your hands being able to conduct these nerfs..

-gambit prime weapons are still a pain to grind for completely opposite of ada bounties. -still have cores in infusion and no one is making new masterworks. -still have a bunch of exotic primaries that might as well not exist -still no trials like game mode -still no vendors at the tower like d1 -still no good d1 style strike modifiers -still no d1 style strike loot -still have ugly armor -still have no pvp balance update -still have terrible flinch and scopes on snipers -scouts still do terrible damage and have terrible handling -whisper nerf does not move me to use legendary snipers (the most over powered moments with whisper still took a lot of skill to hit those shots and anything that can be killed with all reserves/ burst dps darci was still better even more so now) There’s just so many issues the community complains about and you decide to use your time killing the only parts of the game we enjoy.

If Bungie could spend some of the nerfing time on creating content instead. We have several planets to explore, they could be given more maps, more content and bring more fights there against our real enemies (instead of PVP and Gambit). Yet so much time is focused on PVP and Gambit, and nerfing here and there for those gametypes. Separate PVP and Gambit from Destiny, and separate its armours/weapons from Destiny. In PVP, let all users start with the same weapons and armours. The weapons should change depending on map. For instance, you could have a vast map and let the players have a sniper and a scout rifle. Another map could be a dungeon map, where you are equipped with handguns. Make more maps so we have have a variety. True PVP where skill will matter, not what meta weapon you have. With the same types of weapons for all players in PVP, you can focus more time on maps, and completely stop the time on nerfing/balancing for PVE. Make better matchmaking and everyone, from new players to hardcore players will be happier. Yes, I know this will be a big change and not doable in D2. Focus that time instead on the Destiny story and its missions against our enemies. More maps, more missions that drive the story forward. Now it feels halted as everything is focused on PVP and Gambit.
