OEM was nerfed because it frankly was the best exotic armor piece in the game for any PvP activity, and almost any PvE as well. If you played it well, you were functionally always doing increased damage to targets, and almost always had full health, and overshield, and tracking effect on the target...tell me one other exotic armor piece that does all of those things at once. Face it, it was way over-engineered, and it became the only logical choice for almost any activity. When that happens, it's a good sign you made a design mistake.

Im not saying Im the developer and everyone should listen to me or look to me for solutions or ideas but what I am saying is don't bring it into the game if it's that incredibly broken when you know it's not gonna be fair and your gonna ground it out later, it's all due to bungie's incompetence and laziness as a dev.

I know that but not many people had OEM. Also the only reason it was overpowered is probably on BUNGIE. Maybe bungie should actually learn how to introduce exciting armor and weapons into the game without breaking it and needing to constantly nerf it all later on. Why have whisper in the game after this nerf? It will be DEAD and that's my point. See how Im right? Yes oem was op as hell but that's the point of any exotic, I don't care if they buffed foetracer to be on it's level then gave the warlock the same equal powerhouse then all the classes would of had them and it would of been way more fun to see everyone running that then seeing another great armor piece turn into dust in the collections.
