Activision takes the blame for cut/stretched content and eververse but bungie is to blame for everything else.

Actually it was bungie that monetised eververse. Bungie could not met their contractual agreement of providing enough content (even with the help of 2 of Activision’s studios) for a continuing revenue stream.
