No need to boycott it, few enough Guardians will play it anyway. With all the other "powerful engrams" available, there is no need to raid to max out your power level (unlike D1 where you could only max out by doing hard mode raids and/or IB). A combination of easily available powerful gear and mechanics heavy/un-fun raids have let them languish un-played by the majority of guardians. In D1 my clan raided weekly (also, we pretty much raided weekly during D2 year 1), but starting with year 2 we just quit. We've completed Last Wish and have made it most of the way through SotP, but after that - stopped. The raids were not fun and not rewarding. Most of us would rather go back and play D1 raids.
