why do people exit crucible and leave the team with only 3 people to fight the other 6?

will you get tagged if you do this?

I have entered several crucible challenges lately that we would go in with 6 people on our team and end up with three getting slaughtered by the other 6. I have noticed certain emblems now and I am taking pics of the the members before and after. what do I do with this information?

Add the people who stay in game to your fire team until you have a full team. Then no one leaves for no reason.
