PvP Base, plz don’t get outbreak nerfed like you do everything else.
Before the PvP base starts to whine and cry about outbreak, I’d like to ask em to well...not do that this time. This is a fun weapon to use, not terribly;y easy to get.
Y’all just got spectral nerfed, next casualty is Luna’s and not forgotten. Thanks PvP base.
Where has the whole “Get gud” the PvP base likes to throw around? Never want to seem to get gud, just want to use whatever you’ve always ran and wanna keep that pointless k/d up past 2.
I see Outbreak getting nerfed within 2 weeks or so. PvP base does not like fun, just whining.

I’ve only played 5 games of QP with Outbreak. I’ll play some more over the weekend. 1st impressions are that the gun has good stability. It still needs 3 bursts to kill. 4 bursts if you have shitty aim like me. I don’t see any reason why this gun would be considered overly powerful in PVP. HCs in mid to close will still beat it and the majority of the maps we play on don’t typically have much long range combat(Equinox being the exception) In PVE it’s good. Good for damage/DPS on majors. A solid 8/10 gun. I’m glad this rehashed weapon from D1 doesn’t suck like so many do when Bungie brings them over. (Ie Thorn)

Outbreak isn't op in crucible. I still prefer my Bygones over it. But I guarantee the bad kids (pve and pvp) are going to want it nerfed in about a month once more people start to get it.

I basically just watched shit die; I have a pretty damn good Blast Furnace but I simply couldn't keep up with them. Outbreak Prime just wrecks things.

Two weeks? We talking earth weeks or some planet who knows where that a week is like two to three months for us? Sorry couldn't resist lol. Like others have probably said the guns is good but not really OP, least on console. As for what it can do with a whole team using it pve wise that seems to be a bigger thing to bring the nerf hammer down with. Then again when was the last time we heard of them nerfing a weapon because of pv.... oh right shotguns and some power weapons. Nevermind lol

1 ReplyYou know it’s coming, it’s what Bungie does. Outbreak is an exceptional weapon, Like LH, except Bungie will nerf Outbreak a lot sooner. They know this... they will wait until most have it and the game had its surge of players and then Nerf it to crap. The whiners will be in full force in about two weeks.

I’ll quit this game if they nerf it. It feels just like my old Hawksaw with perfect balance, Counterbalance, and hidden hand. Plus the SPO-28 sight. I am in love right now

1 ReplyOk 1. Spectral Blades needed a nerf. It was almost completely broken 2. LH/NF are dominating in PvP. Sure they're pinnacles but if they can outgun long range weapons you know something is wrong. Also 2 shotting players is also broken. Trust me I have LH and it is disgusting how easy it is to get kills 3. Outbreak Perfected is meant to be used in PvE. In PvP it's not worth using unless your teammates have it too. Bygones, Inaugural Adress, Blast Furnace etc OP has less range than those ones. So: 1. Calm yer tits laddie 2. You sound like a hypocrit. Whining about a problem that doesn't even exist? Man...you must be fun at parties. 3. It won't be nerfed in PvP Trust me

Bungie nerfs stuff for non-PvP reasons too (Whisper, Sleeper). I doubt they will nerf it within two weeks... but within months I see as a pretty sure thing.

It's just another 450 pulse rifle one on one, it's only anything special in groups. It's barely different to graviton lance and look what happened to that. People complain about things by proxy from watching YouTube videos. I noticed the same thing with graviton lance. Everyone was complaining about it and the chances of encountering it were not that high.
