valor reset not working
my son has reset 6 times now this season and it still shows 4 times rest in triumphs. 3 days ago he reset the 5th time and nothing happened. 30 mins ago he reset for the 6th time and it still will not roll over. he got 2,000 pts. and has all dlc,s and passes. he went to and from the tower ran another IB, logged out and back in, switched to his other characters. what is going on.
