Always been a pretty skinny guy, but recently started working out (about 2 months ago). My first day I could barely bench 110, I'm now up to 155 max. I know it still sucks lol but I think I'm making decent progress despite my busy schedule. My goal is to reach 225 by the end of 2019 (I try to go 5-6 times a week so I think its doable).
Anyways, just curious to see where you guys are at.
Also, any advice/encouragement y'all can give me I would really appreciate thx
