I absolutely hate armor of light. It's never been useful for me. I may be harder to kill inside of the shield, but I don't remember popping a super to block melee when this game revolves heavily around ranged attacks. Obviously melee supers in crucible are a thing, but without a shotgun you are pretty much dead anyways. I miss blessings of light on my bubble. It may be on an exotic, but I absolutely refuse to wear an exotic to make the bubble useful, especially when something like synthoceps or mask of the quiet one could pair so well with it. I don't want to continue bitching about it, but I want it to be good. Like, I miss my support super. One where me and my group could be well protected and more powerful outside of the bubble. It just has no versatility now and honestly, it feels like a complete waste of a super. It's cool that it's an option for sentinel to pop, but in most cases using sentinel to just kill everything will end up better than using bubble. You pretty much will only see bubble in countdown, but with all the blade barrages it pretty much isn't used outside of it. Even then I still never see it. Honestly though, I was never a bubble enthusiast, but it was always something there I could rely on to be helpful in raids or to complete more difficult content. Now...i can just mop everything with sentinel because of how good it's survivability is with that skill tree. Please give the option to use blessings as a separate ability not tied to an exotic. Hell, just slap like...overshield recharge on getting kills. It needs to have utility outside of the bubble, because if you needed to pop it in the first place, chances are there isn't much you will be able to do once you pop out. What do you guys think though? Am I just bitching or am I right?
