I think that would be a good idea but only for legendary gear

No.... for all gear including exotics

Remove all perks from armour just give each armour an additional set of empty boxes. Make all perks mods. Slot perks you like. Grind forever guardians!

Do you mean that we can only transmog it to look like other legendary armour or exotics can be transmorged into legendaries too? I feel there shouldn't be any limitations to what you want your armour to be transmorged into. Be it exotic into blue or legendaries into exotics.

I mean like all legendary gear can be trasmoged to other legendaries, blues, greens and whites but not exotic. Exotics can't be transmoged

Maybe legendaries shouldn't be transmoged into exotics but it should be able to go the other way. Exotics can be transmoged into legendaries. Honestly speaking, some of the exotics are horrendous to look at. [b]Especially[/b] for the Titan class.
