After seeing those videos on "way of a thousand supers" and the like I pondered the effectiveness of the Dynamo perk and the reliance of certain weapons to boost the hunter dodge skill and came to a realization. Top tree Arcstrider would be perfect for such a set up.
The top tree arcstrider comes with the perk combo combination blow, deadly reach, and combat flow. Those perks when used with the melee recharge dodge allow for infinite melee skills and dodges. The melee kills are fairly powerful and always begin health regen on a kill as well as resetting the dodge ability. The reset dodge ability allows for spamming of the dynamo armor perk which will provide a constant supply of super energy.
Considering that this is for Arcstrider makes Raiden Flux a must.
The weapons for this setup are flexible but I doubled down on the close range effectiveness with the curated Threat Level for Trench Barrel (since you are punching things near nonstop anyway), masterworked Fighting Lion (mostly for fun) for the Chimera perk, and the best rolled Striker's Sure Hand I owned.
The armor for this build is flexible outside of the mandatory chest and leg pieces but I would recommend a slew of scavenger perks for whatever you choose as weapons as well as Super Mods.
Edit: The "Hands-on" helmet perk should also be prioritized for the extra super with melee kills.
Also try to prioritize arms with impact induction as it will also grant grenade energy.
The one weakness of the build is enemies that can rise off the ground outside of Arcstrider super range. If your opponent is ground bound then pound them into the ground with the fury of a Lightning Lion.
While the build is my own creation it was inspired by Aztecross Gaming.

Might try this in PvP. Trick will be gettin those melee kills without being shotgunned! :D
