Picking up a frame from Ada-1 when your pursuits are full results in 6 modulus reports spent in wane. Because the frame is just lost then (it does not even go to the postmaster). I imagine it can also happen to the powerful frames, which require ballistics logs. In my opinion, the player should not be able to buy a weapon frame when pursuits are full.
