Of what occurring? Not getting mods from dismantling gear?

Yes. Preferably showing your mod inventory then inspecting the item that has a mod, then showing you dismantling it followed by showing your mod inventory.

Usually it pops up on my screen when I dismantle gear. Ever since black armory, it no longer does that. You're saying it could still be going to my mod inventory?
