Current Critical Crucible Issues

Since I cannot find really any topic adressing the progress of this, figured I add another thread about it, since it is really a major issue at the moment. Matchmaking Fairness The one that bugs me the most personally. Basically it feels like the matchmaking system pays no heed to players' skill level when it comes to forming the teams. In a Quickplay lobby (or any lobby for that matter) full of solo players or duos at most, it seems the higher-tier players has a tendency to end up on the same team while the not-quite-so-high-tier ends up on the other. This leads to a stomp match and that's not fun for very many players, not even all of the winning ones. And before someone goes all clever on me - I know Quickplay doesn't factor in skill level when filling the lobby. I am talking about how the matchmaking system splits the players into the teams. That lobbies end up having players of all skill levels is a welcome factor, I just hate one-sided matches regardless if I am on the winning or losing side. Spawn System Also a huge issue. Spawning into a roaming enemy Super or in their line of sight (so they can shoot you near dead before you can even move) is among the most frustrating things ever in multiplayer games (fair enough, not all other multiplayer games have Supers, I know...). Unsafe spawns like that, or even worse - when the enemies spawn right on top of you. - (Example: Your team is at A, you and maybe a teammate has strolled over to B while the enemy has C. Then the enemies push for B and start to spawn there when they die even though C is completely empty and safe.) It's like the game on occasions wants to feed one team a few points. Or the game just decides that you're not gonna have that flag regardless of how hard you fight for it. Connections and Lag The issue talked about to death but it still remains a massive issue. Why peer-to-peer? Even when playing with neighbours on the best networks in the universe there will be a high latency. Until there are some dedicated servers for the game, I suggest cramping the matchmaking regions down. For someone who lives in northern Europe, seeing southern Europeans in the same lobby will lead to over half-a-second delays all the time - and it's not even their fault... Also - why would you not prioritize connections in a peer-to-peer multiplayer? (talking about Competitive and Iron Banner here mainly)
