Mouse stutter because CPU usage is at 100%
I'm not sure wether this is related to the known low FPS problem...
I'm on a i5 6600k@4.3GHz and GTX 1070 (no OC)
Playing WQHD usually with stable 100Hz/FPS
Sometimes my mouse stutters while the game runs perfectly fine, sometimes I can't look around at all and pressed buttons get stuck but I can use the keyboard to move. The latter usually coincides with frame drops.
It turns out Destiny is pushing my CPU to 100% with >80% share. Second would be Discord which I'd rather not shut down. Putting on a frame cap helps but certain areas are still problematic.

1 ReplyHi there. Thanks for your report. As you mentioned, closing other programs such as your browser, Discord and more may help with some of your issues. This does seem like it involves the FPS issue that we are working on.
