Vance offers 3 random verses a week, if he’s offering ones you’ve done then you won’t see them.
You’ll need to check back each week to see if he’s offering the one you need.

But every step i do he had 3 verses for me to chose from in the second last he had 2 for me and now none

that just means he is not offering the verse you need this week. You have to check back after weekly reset each week until he offers it.
