kinetic/special Grenade Launchers should not 1 shot
I am constantly being killed by players with bad aim that abuse kinetic/special grenade launchers. Please make it so they cannot one shot.

The nade launchers in that slot actually require decent aim to hit due to the travel time and sometimes bounce of the nades.
