Emblems don't appear

I got an emblem from a public event on Mercury, but it does not appear in my inventory or collections. Also, the emblem for resetting my Valor rank does not appear to be in my collections.

Hello, If you're referring to the Damage, Incorporated emblem not appearing in Collections, we're investigating an issue where it's not showing up when stored.

You likely received an emblem variant. Inspect the main emblem for the planet/activity to see any found variants.
