How do prime engrams work?
Hi
Can any Engram from bounties and from heroic public events turn into prim engrams?
I have a load of legendary Engram bounties and I don’t fancy doing them unless I have a chance of higher light level loot.

You can tell when one drops on the ground too, it has a different sort of shimmer to it. Still a purple legendary engram, but it looks brighter.
