Forsaken Campaign Glitch
I never played the mission to beat Uldren but I received credit at the Tower and in my Triumphs saying I did. Now I'm going around in the Dreaming City at 504 getting zero drops above 500, blue, purple, and prime.
After playing several rounds at the Well, I had roughly 10 drops but they were mostly blue and few purple and all were at 500.
What can I do?

According to your game history - you completed the "[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/PGCR/2443970097?character=2305843009266413740]Nothing Left to Say[/url]" mission 5 days ago. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to access the Dreaming City destination since the quest to unlock it is only acquired after beating the last story mission. As for finding gear that is higher than your current level - welcome to the soft cap. Make sure you are doing the daily and weekly milestones that reward powerful engrams as well as farming for Prime engrams that can drop for yellow bar enemies.
