Server issues
It’s been over a week and still having issues connecting to server on and off throughout the day. Wired, WiFi, and different networks. Still the same problem.

Here's the fix: Per an OpenDNS Support article I found, I manually changed my system's primary and secondary DNS address' to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 respectively and that seems to have fixed the issue!
