Stuck on 44/45 Latent Memories. Missing #40, but it's not there/I remember previously getting it
I was using an online tracker tool to find out which latent memories I had left to get all 45. I had 9 left, 8 of which I found without issue. One, however, numbered as #40, does not show up for me. It's the one in Glacial Drift, near a door next to the Clovis Bray logo on the warehouse. Video shows proof. Any help would be appreciated, I'd really like to get the emblem for all 400 triumph points!
