The help forum does not work. Only the biggest simplest problems are solved whilst many more go unanswered and unhelped. If a forum post isn't answered in the first hour or so its buried under hundreds more help requests and is unlikely to be seen at all. There should be a way to contact bungie support employees such as an e-ticket email reply system or a live web chat.
