Can I get in touch with a Bungie Support Rep please?

I've been a fan of and have promoted Destiny since day 1. I invested money in every DLC (for myself and friends) as well as thousands of hours in solely the first Destiny game (on the 360). I was unable to get an XB1 for a long time due to financial issues and was unable to play the D1 WoI DLC forward. This was upsetting to me, but understandable. Still a loyal Destiny fan, I played on. Even when DLC that I had paid for was taken away (Trials, Iron Banner and so on...), I have still been a die hard. Now, this is where I'd like some of Bungies help... I recently got the XB1 and have been investing in D2 currently. However, I still have this giant gap in the story that I'd love to go explore and make my own. Call me crazy, but I'd like to go back play what I have missed in the D1 story and on. This means I would have to go back and re purchase the D1 game and all the DLC for the XB1. All of this would be worth it to me to be able to have the game, enjoy what I missed for so long, and become legend with my Guardians. However, I understand that you are now unable to transfer your characters from legacy to XB1 because of a deadline or something of the sorta. To start from the bottom, and have to lose so much would be heart breaking. I don't mind starting from where I left, but, losing so much after so much dedication just puts me at a loss for words.
