I bought a second PS4 Pro that I use as my main PS4 now about 3 months ago. Honestly I do not see how this would matter, but if it is the cause and you have a resolution, then I'd be very grateful.

Thanks for the advice. However, if you read my original post. I stated that I have already cleared my systems cache and restored licenses to no avail. If you have any other suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them though. And thanks for the replies. Hope we can figure this out.
