My app read my account, but it says i dont have any character.

Some users have reported a potential workaround is logging into all of your characters, clearing the app cache, and restarting the app entirely has resolved the issue. Additional you may want to try to play a mission on each of those characters as that has been reported as a potential workaround as well. 1 ReplyLog in with each of your characters then retry on the oops screen. That should fix it.
