Did you buy the disk version or downloaded a digital version off of a store?

i have it on pc i put in the code i got the game off humblebundle before it came out they issued me 2 keys the beta key and the normal one

So you got two codes? One for the game and one for the beta? Did you get a code for the pre-order? When did you buy the game?

they gave me one blizard key and one bungie beta key

the first day of the beta was only accessible to preorders and i had access to that

The preorder items should have been a separate code.

I didn't get that other code then I got 2 the main game and beta access code

Then you would need to reach out to the company that sold you the game and inquire about the codes.

I didn't start playing the game right on launch my pc broke and I needed to replace it so I started playing the not beta version 2 or 3 months after release

If that's the problem well that's stupid I pre-ordered the game and played the beta a day early
