So, I've never really played an Iron Banner event before but I did play a good amount of Crucible in D1 and have been playing Crucible here too. I'm trying to take it a little more seriously so that I can get the decorations/armor pieces, using a high-damage, long range selection of weapons and holding tight corners, and rotating quickly sticking with team-mates. Basically, I'm playing it like a high-mobility Counter-Strike. I don't think I'm that good at Crucible so it's always a little worrying when I'm 1st or 2nd on the scoreboard (which is most matches) and yet we still lose (which is most matches, with a win-rate around 30% or so). Is the matchmaking system just consistently matching me against players far too difficult? Or newer players?
