Suppressor grenades work like the Hunter tether. No it doesn't blind enemies.
Top skill tree for war of dawn hold down the buttons for super instead of tapping it. It's not like D1 being that you get armour of light or blessing of light.

Hunter tether will messes your aim by constantly throwing your aim off... Does suppressor grenade do that??

Ah geez my bad the suppressor negate abilities like the tether. So if you have a roaming super and get hit by a suppressor grenade it will take you out of it. No double jump or melee while in it's range. No it doesn't blind you. It has more situational use vs all the time use.
