What are all the sources for these? I’ve gotten one forged done. Been grinding for 4th book. Takes 3 concentrated. In order to get those, you have to have 10 regular radiolarian. Been doing public events and high ranking for an hour and a half and I have two regular. I need 30. Please tell me their is a bug or something I’m missing with this. Any info will help. Thanks! Edit: I was only doing them on mercury, as I thought that’s the only place you can receive them. However, someone has suggested that they can be had on any planet...is that what I’m missing?
