If you're talking about vanilla destiny's music they can't. They no longer own the rights to it after Marty left. If you're talking about the music after they changed it you can get it.

    if I remember right, when bungie lost the lawsuit against marty wasn't all but 4 minutes of the music of the sphere's ordered to be put into the public domain?

  • Not true. Martin O'Donnell and the other composers did and still are doing the work "for hire". It means the corporation/ publisher owns the music and is free to do whatever they want with it ;[
