I'm getting quite frustrated with Bungie in terms of customer support.
After encountering an error code in Destiny on PC, I checked bungie.net to find out what caused it. I was pleased to see there is a support article for the error code, until I realized that what bungie claims is causing my error code could not be the cause.
At this point, my natural next step was to attempt to contact a support representative. To my dismay, I discovered that Bungie does not provide a means to contact support personnel, or open a support ticket.
I have since posted my own (detailed) thread on the issue, and comment on other threads reporting similar issues. However I have noticed that Bungie is not at all active on their own help forums.
So Bungie: If you are going to provide customer support through forums only, USE THEM! Engage with your community!
DeeJ: I'm looking at you! If you want a happy community, hire people to read your forums and respond to threads. All we want is to know that our problems have been noted, and that you will help us with a solution.
Just FYI: I have not been able to play your game for two days now.

Glad to see Bungie addressing the error code buffalo in their weekly update. I'm glad to see that they are aware that buffalo error codes are a problem. However: the reasons they list as possible causes in their blog post should not be the cause in my case. Again, it would be nice to see Bungie more active on their help forums.
