Hi all, After speaking with Sony they advised to post my question/plea for help here. Short story: My son entered the Digital Content Pack codes under his sub account instead of letting me enter them under my master account and now ONLY HIS account has access to the pre order content as well as the expansion pass. I don't need the Coldheart or the Premium Digital content, although it would be nice, I just want both, Master and Sub accounts to be able to access to the expansion pass. Sony said that only the master account can share content and that they cannot undo what my son has done. They said that I would need a new code and that they don't issue them and that I would have to plead my case to you. Please tell me what can be done. I have all of the receipts and I can provide screen shots showing the code that I received was redeemed by my sub account and on what day. I really don't want to be locked out of the expansions that I paid for simply because my 11yr old was over excited and wanted to enter the codes and get the goodies before I could get home, he can't access my account, password protected of course. Like I said, I'm not looking for the bonus content, just both accounts having access to the Expansion pass. Thank you.
Update: After clarifying with Sony that I was NOT talking about Battlefront II(??????), Sony said both Master and sub accounts, regardless of who entered the code, should have access to the Expansion pass. However, only the account that entered the code(s) will have access to in game items ie: Coldheart, Kill Tracker Ghost etc.. I hope that this helps somebody out in the future, as I had no idea that's how codes worked with sub accounts. Well, keep your fingers crossed for Dec 5th.
