Items are dropping at very low power level (10+) only on one character. HELP BUNGIE!!!
So I main a Titan currently at a power level of 304. Items that have been dropping for me are stuck at 293 or 294 power for blue and purple items, Exotics are locked at 299. The only items that are dropping above those power levels are the weekly milestone rewards. I also run a warlock that is also 304 and the blue and purple items are dropping at up to 300, and exotics at 305. I read that this could happen if you ran 2 of the same class but I don't. This has been happening for more than a month, so I don't think it's a reset issue. I have checked and it doesn't look like I have any banned on me either. I also deleted my original titan (I had her since day 1 of Destiny 1, crying on the inside) and run thru the campaign a second time and still I can't get past this 294 wall. Can anyone give me some help with this? Is this something that has to be taken care of internally? I'm lost and frustrated.

Once you hit the soft cap of 265, it's completely normal to get drops 10 PL below your level. That's how it was designed. You can only level up with the weekly milestones, as you mentioned. The most likely reason why you are getting higher rewards on your warlock is that its base PL is higher than your titan's, i.e. level without purple mods...
