On the cabal and D2

Hello! Since I'm bored I've decided to publish some theories I thought of a few weeks ago. Feel free to add constructive criticism or corrections, as well as your own thoughts. On The rank of Primus and Dominus:
What do you think of the term dominus in regards to the cabal? Above the rank of primus or does it signal a completely different type of status? From What we've learned I believe dominus and primus could be equal. Ghaul's legion has been specifically bred, I believe, for war. As such, they may never have known a civilian life style and are taught to hate the light. Could this "red legion" just be a strike force, specifically made to conquer sol or other systems the traveler has visited? In contrast, the forces we have seen are selected among the Cabal, and exiled until they prove victorious in battle. The only primus we know of controlled the entire force that we have fought, including the Skyburners, who are in control of an immense fleet that could "destroy stars". The primus is in control of several legions, while dominus is in control of an elite, built-for-war legion of a higher caliber than what we've seen before.
On the possible role of the Skyburners in the Red Legion's invasion:
In the gameplay trailer for D2 we see what appears to be the destruction of a star. In the Skyburners grimoire card we see that they possess weapons that could destroy planets, and that only a scout force of the fleet was stationed in Sol. The opening line of the Skyburners grimoire card speaks of the commencement of an "second wave on their arrival", and it makes sense to believe the Skyburners have come, and that the third party spoken of is the red legion. So could the Skyburners assist the Reds, who themselves could just be an elite ground force?/ Are the skyburners the red legion? Also, It may be that the cabal ship that crashed into the dreadnought is the second wave, though I doubt it bc we never witnessed a weapon that could destroy a celestial/planetary object.
Some not as well developed thoughts: On the current state of the leader of the cabal empire:
The red legion was grown to hate the guardian and to covet the light and is also the most elite cabal force we have known. This legion could be bred near or on the emperors homeworld which could have little military force bc it's simply not needed. Bc of this hate of the light, and the whispers of the Consul, Ghaul grew greedy and overthrew the emperor, who had planned to grow the legion more. This legion, bc of how well it was trained, easily overthrew a presumably weak military force, and other legions loyal to the emperor were to far away or not able to assist the emperor at the time of the coup. However with ghaul In his conquest of the traveler, time is allowed for more force to assist and retake the empire, forcing the consul out In the most recent D2 trailer, there is a cabal in red and blue colors speaking to Ghaul. This may be the consul, and it may be that he is a raid boss, and he also wants to control the light.
This post may just be ramblings and new info I am unaware of has come to light, I made this a while ago though I added a few comments. • I'm 99% sure that we've seen more than one primus. Primus is a rank signifying a cabal as the commander of an entire legion. So far we've seen and fought 4 legions(excluding the red legion). The legions we've faced are the Dust Giants, the Sand Eaters, the Blind Legion, and the Skyburners. We've seen the Siege Dancers but I dont believe they're an actual legion as they are commanded by a Valus. These legions should all have their own Primus. If my memory serves me well then I remember killing the Primus of the blind legion in the vanilla story mission on mars where you have to empower the gatelords eye.

    • The Skyburners never invaded us because Oryx came. They failed, that's why they sent the distress signal.
