You are talking about tradekarkers, not copy rights. Very different. You can not copy right shapes, letters or things that are of basic use. Like the alphabet, which some one already attempted. The guardian symbols are basic geometric shapes and not subject to copy right. Had Bungie trademarked them, then perhaps they could win a court case.

Sorry I misread you post. Yes apple has copyrights on the design of their phones. However, a copy right lawsuits you must prove that a average consumer would confuse the two. The guardian symbols while indeed destiny lore and content are not central to the destiny world. You would have to prove that a consumer purchasing those shirts thought they were buying something destiny related.
