Do you miss the "Blue Head on Fire"?
You know what I miss from Destiny?? The weekly “Blue Head on Fire” you received from beating the Nightfall. I never was really concerned about the double XP bonus but I did like the fact it was a visible accomplishment. If I had a vote, I would vote to bring it back.

Wish they brought it back but not for the nightfall. The Nightfall means a lot less than it did in Year 1 tbh to we'd have to find a new use for it.

Glad to see that I was not the only one who missed the flaming blue head. Someone commented about the Nightfalls being so easy now and I would have to agree. I for one have wiped on a Nightfall more than once which is why I think the flame head was more of a weekly accomplishment rather than just cosmetic. Who knows maybe if enough people ask for it they will bring it back.

I always tried to get it right at reset and then go to the tower and be the only one who had it.

Yes. I always strived to get that on reset day 1, especially with the faction bonus. Now, it takes 100 different activities to rank up without donating. That's a little much imo.

yes could care.less about the xp buff i have sum 2000 motes but i miss the flame head..they should have never got rid of it

3 RepliesYeah but it means nothing nowadays, nightfalls are too easy. Meant something in months 1 - 3 of year one as the nightfall was a serious challenge.

I also miss that the nightfall was a no wipe mission, it actually meant something when you got the fire then, now you can do it with a fire team almost normally.

Nope. It was cool looking for about 5 minutes. After that its nothing more than another cosmetic effect.

Iirc it's called "radiant light"... But that was a LOOONG time ago since they took it away :'( If that isn't the right name for it maybe it will jog the memory of someone who does know what it's called

I really don't care about minor cosmetics. Also why I didn't give a fart in a windstorm for the spektar armor or the taken armor once I learned that wasn't a shader that could be obtained, but rng items that come out of a weekly box.
