Mara Sov's body wasn't found because she isn't dead.. but her and Eris Morn are not the same person... Eris isn't even Awoken. Eris does however have some kind of deal going on with the Queen, whether she is secretly serving the Queen or if it is an assignment from Ikora (as Eris is one the Hidden) we don't yet know.

We also know Eris Morn is up to something, though it's unclear what, or why. Too many unknowns for my liking as far as lore goes, but great for my headcanon :)

Eris is Awoken. She is very clearly not Exo, and isn't a pure human.

She's part darkness.. I will concede that its possible that she was awoken as it is very hard to tell, but she could as easily have been human. Either way, she isn't Mara Sov.
