New Hot Fix Issue

The new update installed onto my Xbox One and now Destiny is stuck on the "Connecting" screen. I've tried all of Bungie's recommended fixes, including completely shutting of the system, unplugging it, and clearing the cache. That is the only advice they're offering and when the last update came out I had the same problem, only clearing the cache solved it. A few days later....same problem, different update, no resolution. Please help.

  • Hello, Sounds like your content was corrupted or damaged during one of the updates. I would strongly recommend trying to clear your cache just one more time, and if that doesn't work, you may need to fully uninstall and re-install Destiny.
