Nerf to HROF Autos - What's the cutoff?

So, they slightly nerfed high rate of fire autos, but only mention The Doctrine of Passing. my list of questions; - does this apply to my Soul Stealers Claw? (assuming yes) - What is the rate cutoff (meaning how high of a rate of fire is needed before the rifle fits the nerf description bill(only 100%, 90% and above, 80% fire rate etc) - Do perks affect this? (my soul stealers claw has focus, when I use focus fire do I still get 6% less damage?) - anything else I missed Apologies if this has been asked / covered already. thanks.

  • Dont worry they will get another nerf anyway. Oh then when you settle on using a new type of gun, they will nerf that lol. Not your game anyway, Bungie will dictate what u use.FOREEVER.

  • I don't know about focus fire but as it doesn't effect stats visably when equipped I assume yes it will still be nerfed. And HROF autos are all autorifles with maxed RoF and a tiny sliver of impact. The ledgendaries of note include, soulstealer, arminius-d, doctrine of passing, edoline ally, and Atheon's epilogue. The only exotics are Necrochasm and fabian strategy when its perk kicks in.
