It's not about the weapon, it's about the player.
A great person could make a bad sniper rifle seem decent, and vice versa.
Same with shotguns and fusions.
You can put a shotgun in my hand, and I could do great. You can also put a sniper in my hand, and I could do well after a bit of a warmup.
It's not the weapon category that takes skill, it's the user that uses his skill to make a weapon feel skillful.

Yeah, i see ur point. But which gun is more difficult to use? I use both of them well, but snipers need hit headshots that are more hard than blink and shotgun (my opinion) Sorry for english XD

It depends on the enemy team. If they're all together, a sniper would be more efficient in a large hallway, but a shotgun would require more skill to use in that situation. If it's a small room with only a couple people, then a shotgun would be more efficient with the thought of requiring less skill, since there's a lesser amount of people. In a large hallway of a couple people, a sniper would be more efficient with the thought of requiring less skill, due to less people. Same as a hallway with a lot of people. A sniper would take more skill the due to the mass amount of players. I hope you can get what I'm trying to say. I feel like this argument will end all arguments about this topic.
