So I just got the Momentum's Pride shader and I put it on my hunter. Was pretty disappointed that it didn't change the look of my Momentum set so I swapped it to my original shader when I saw this little flicker. I swapped back and there it was again. Some sort of belt around the waist. I managed to take a photo right when it appeared. Edit: I know this appears for titan, not sure about warlocks tho.
