Unfortunately the only thing that you can do is return to the retailer from which your purchased it from.

Yea that's what I figured. Maybe I'll go to a different Best Buy in hopes that they will have a non contaminated batch of games. I just got done talking with Sony Chat and they said my new code was used on 11/28 so almost a full month before i got the game.
