35+ times on Shadow Thief and nothing. Taniks even dropped some legendary engrams that were cloaks and they weren't the Taniks cloak.

He's dropped 3 class item engrams: Dead Orbit cloak Rare artifact Neuro cloak on my Hunter Thought all 3 might be the Taniks cloak. But nope. Bungie just toys with me. Used several 3 of coin also. I've gotten more exotic engrams than legendary from him. I hate his laugh and I hate Variks voice now.
